Synonyms: Heliconia ‘Hot Rio Nites’.
This is a very popular variety of Heliconia. A bit of a “Goldilocks” variety, Hot Rio Nights is the perfect combination of size, style and colour. A vigorous hybrid, perfect for subtropical Brisbane. Flowers several times a year if happy, sometimes even in winter!

Care
Very low maintenance. Apply generous manure and/or compost around the plant for best results as this is a plant that will do much better in a rich, organic soil.
