Essential Criteria:

• Extensive knowledge of Subtropical plants and gardening
• Retail sales experience
• Creative and adaptable ideas to support customers needs
• Ability to work to timed deadlines
• Available weekends/public holidays

Personal Essential Criteria:

• Punctual, Friendly and Positive Attitude
• Organised, neat and tidy
• Own reliable transport

Preferable attributes:

• Nursery Sales Experience
• Point of sale experience
• Merchandising experience
• Good computer skills, publishing, social media
• Current first aid certificate

Duties include:

• Customer Service & Sales
• Greenstock handling and merchandising
• Answering phone and email inquiries
